Spontaneanation (full title: SPONTANEANATION with Paul F. Tompkins) was a comedy podcast hosted by Paul F. Tompkins featuring a variety of interview guests, improv comedians, and Eban Schletter on accompanying piano. It ran from March 19, 2015 until January 21, 2019.

Tompkins begins each show with a rambling improvised monologue. Then he interviews a guest starting with a blind question provided by the previous week's guest. After the interview he introduces 2-4 improv guests who then improvise a longform comedy scene partially based on any information covered on the show so far.
